ITMO GGB (Multi-Organisation Thematic Institute for Genetics, Genomics and Bioinformatics): 3rd School of Bioinformatics, “Introduction to the processing of genomics data obtained by high throughput sequencing”

Dates: 5-10 October 2014, inclusive

Objectives: Aviesan is organising a third session of this school, which is aimed at providing biologists with concepts and practice to enable them to understand the processing and analysis of high-throughput sequencing data using user-friendly software - Galaxy.
Closing date for pre-registration: 27 June 2014. The school will host 40 participants. Participants will be selected on 11 July 2014.
Registration fee: 500 euros (the cost is already covered for staff on Inserm’s payroll).
