Along with the French National Solidarity Fund for Autonomy (CNSA), French Directorate for Research, Studies, Evaluation and Statistics (DREES), French Graduate School of Public Health (EHESP), Public Health Thematic Multi-Organization Institute (ITMO) and Health Technologies ITMO, the French Institute for Public Health Research (IReSP) is organizing a symposium entitled Disabilities: economic and social challenges - how research can contribute” at the French Ministry of Social Affairs and Health in Paris on October 9 and 10, 2013.
This symposium is free but online registration beforehand is mandatory.

E4N team, in collaboration with AFCROs, and in partnership with ITMO Santé Publique, Inria, Cap Digital, Systematic, Medicen and TIC & Santé, is organizing an international conference the 21st May 2013, at the Cité Internationale Universitaire, Paris 14 (France).
Goal: To present academic research and industrial innovations based on ICT (Information and Communication) pertinent to epidemiological research.

Thursday, November 29th, 2012 in the Adicare auditorium (Institute of Cardiology – GH Pitié-Salpêtrière - 13th arrondissement, Paris)
Organized by the Circulation, Metabolism and Nutrition and Public Health ITMOs, this workshop will tackle the theme of alcohol from a social, economic, biological and medical angle. All researchers, scientists, clinicians and any stakeholders interested in this theme are welcome to attend this workshop, which is aimed at getting participants thinking and promoting future collaboration.
The program includes two conferences presented by Jürgen Rehm (Toronto, Canada) and Karl Mann (Heidelberg University, Germany).

Opening of the iPubli-Digitial Collections website

The complete collection of the Inserm Collective Expertise unit is now available on the new electronic publication platform iPubli-Digitial Collections. The first collection present on this platform, it provides the user with interactive and enriched content, a powerful search engine and fluid navigation.
The iPubli-Digital Collections platform is set up by the Inserm's Scientific Information and Communication Department (Disc) in partnership with Inist CNRS, in order to perpetuate and enhance Inserm's collections of scientific documents and in order to ensure wider distribution.
